When does the hourly rate start?
Unlike other companies who start the clock when the limo leaves the base, our hourly rates begin when the car arrives at your doorstep*. It ends at your final destination.

*Travel charges may be applied for destinations more than 50 miles from our base locations near Lambert Airport or West-Central St. Louis County.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?
We specialize in 10-passenger Stretch Limousines, Luxury SUVs and Executive Sedans. Should you need a different vehicle, we can accommodate your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, we cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus we do not offer refunds unless cancelation notice is given 48 hours in advance.

How are your chauffeurs dressed?
Our chauffeurs are professionally attired, dressed in dark suits or shirt and tie.

Do you have a minimum number of hours?
Yes, our minimum is 4 hours.

Can we book your vehicles for less than 4 hours?

How much does it cost for each additional stop?
For point to point trips additional stops are charged at $10.00 per stop along the route. If a stop is not more than 2 Miles off the route than $25.00. All other stops are subject to 75% of the total trip price.

Are there any extra costs in addition to the basic fare?
Yes

  • Service Fees for out of town transportation consists of a Fuel Charge for 10% of the Fare
  • Parking for a Meet & Greet Pick-Up or Inside Pick-Up ($10.00)
  • Wait Time is $10/quarter hour.
  • Snow Charge is $40.00 when applicable
  • Child Booster Seat offered at no charge
  • 20% Gratuity is included in the rate
Does it cost for stops if you are paying by an hourly rate?
No. One Stop in the same town is allowed for any hour. If the minimum is 3 hours then 2 stops in the same town are allowed. If the Minimum was 8 hours then 8 stops in the same town are allowed.

When does the customer pay for parking?
The Customer pays for the parking only when the driver is requested to park the car and wait for the passenger inside with the name sign. Airport parking is never charged.

What are the clients Payment Option’s?
We accept CASH, All Major Credit Cards, Cashier’s Check and Money Order. Executive Limo & Car Service can provide bi-monthly or monthly Invoices for corporate accounts.

When will my credit card be charged?
We do not charge the card in advance. We pick you up & drop you off, at that time it’s your discretion to pay by cash/ another credit card or the card that we have on file.

What happens with Airport Reservations?
Executive Limo & Car Service has a system to Track or Monitor the customers flight if the flight number provided at booking. From this information we can obtain an official ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) from the airline. All Airport pick-ups are dispatched usually an hour or more in advance. We dispatch the car when we know that flight is about an hour away, allowing time for our drivers to get at the Airport ON TIME.

Would you pick us up inside or outside (Airport)?
We normally wait for our customers outside the airport. We can meet them inside the airport ($10.00 Extra) depending on customer’s request. I suggest that if a passenger doesn’t see the driver, then collect the bags and call us at 314-769-4355. We inform the customer where to meet the driver as he pulls up to a specific area with Flashers ON.

How is an Hourly job charged?
The passenger is charged the Normal Fare from the pick point to the Destination/ Certain Town, the Wait in that town is charged by the hour. The passenger is allowed to make stops in the same town for as many hours the wait time is.

For Example, a passenger waiting time is 2 hours in the same town, then he/she is allowed to make 2 free stops in that town. But if the Passenger stops in one town for 2, 3 or 4 hours and wants to make a stop in any other town, then he/she gets charged as normal stops. View the Stop Pricing Policy.

With guaranteed on-time service, what happens if we are late?
We are in the industry where lateness is routine, however, we on the other hand have a 99% ON TIME pick up record. We do offer to call customers 60-90 minutes prior to the actual pick up time.

Who handles the luggage?
Our drivers are courteous enough to help our customers with their luggage. (Only 4-5 bags in a standard Sedan). Max 4 people for Sedan, additional persons require upgrade.

Do we sell/offer packages?
We Do not sell packages. Although, we can assist clientele in setting up reservations for the next 365-days, meaning if they know their travel plans for up to a year then we can take their reservations. They will be charged at the current rate of the time of trip.
